How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Speechbolt subscription, follow the steps below:

iOS Users:

    1. Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.

    2. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.


If you're unable to cancel following the steps provided above, you can also cancel from a different device by following the instructions found in this article.

Android Users:

  1. Open the Google Play app

  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select the app

  4. Tap Cancel subscription

  5. Follow the instructions

Subscribed through the website:

  1. Go to the website, and make sure you're logged into your account

  2. Select the reason for cancellation

  3. Click I'm sure I want to cancel

⚠️ Once you've canceled your subscription, you'll need to deactivate the service on your phone. To do so, please visit this site. This tool is available 24/7 to ensure Speechbolt has been fully deactivated from your device. Kindly note that simply deleting the app from your phone does not cancel the service or remove the programming from your phone.
